Distance Sales Agreement

BUYER

The Buyer is the natural person who places an order through the website belonging to Little Studio. The Buyer's name, surname, delivery and billing address, and contact information are collected electronically during the ordering process.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered by the Buyer electronically through the Seller's website.

The agreement is subject to the provisions of the relevant legislation in force, primarily the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

3. Product and Order Information

The name, type, quantity, main features, sales price including taxes, shipping and delivery costs if any, payment method, and total order amount of the ordered products are specified in the order summary and order confirmation.

The Buyer reviews the product information, price, delivery address, and total amount due before completing the order.

There may be minor differences in the color and appearance of the products due to screen settings or the handmade production process. This does not eliminate the consumer's rights arising from the product not conforming to the agreement or being defective.

4. Payment Terms

The Buyer pays the order amount using one of the payment methods offered at the payment stage on the website.

Processing of the order depends on the payment being approved by the relevant payment system. All applicable fees during payment and the total amount of the order are shown to the Buyer.

Personal and financial information used in payment transactions is processed within the security processes of the relevant payment provider and the framework of the legislation in force.

5. Delivery and Shipping

The ordered products are sent to the delivery address provided by the Buyer during the ordering process.

Unless a different period is specified for the product on the website, orders are prepared within 10 business days before being handed over to the shipping company. Weekends and official holidays are not included in this period.

The estimated delivery time and shipping fee, if any, are specified during the ordering process. The preparation time and the shipping company's delivery time are different.

Delivery is carried out within the periods and conditions specified in the legislation in force. The Buyer will be informed if force majeure or extraordinary circumstances affecting delivery arise.

If the products are found to be damaged, broken, or incomplete upon delivery, the Buyer may notify the Seller as soon as possible. This notification is not a mandatory prerequisite for the Buyer to exercise their legal rights.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer, acting as a consumer in distance shopping transactions, may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without stating any reason and without paying any penalty, subject to the exceptions specified in the legislation in force.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear notice of withdrawal must be sent to the Seller within this period. The notice can be sent to the following email address:

Including the Buyer's name and surname, order number, and the product for which the right of withdrawal is exercised in the notice makes the process easier to track.

The exercise of the right of withdrawal, the return of the product, and the refund are carried out in accordance with the legislation in force.

The exceptions to the right of withdrawal regulated in the legislation are reserved. A product being porcelain or breakable does not alone eliminate the right of withdrawal.

7. Situations Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

The products and situations for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised are subject to the exceptions specified in the legislation in force.

The consideration of a product as falling under a right of withdrawal exception depends on the actual existence of the relevant legal conditions. Special conditions that may apply due to the nature or packaging of the product are evaluated within the framework of the legislation.

This section does not eliminate consumer rights regarding defective or non-conforming products.

8. Return and Refund

In the event that the right of withdrawal is properly exercised or a right of return arises within the scope of the legislation in force, the return of the product and the refund are carried out according to the relevant legal regulations.

In the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the refund is made in accordance with the legal periods and conditions. The return is carried out within the scope required by the legislation and in a manner appropriate to the payment method used by the Buyer at the time of purchase.

Which party is responsible for the return shipping costs is determined within the framework of the legislation in force and applicable contract terms.

Due to the processing times of banks and payment institutions, it may take additional time for the refund amount to reflect in the Buyer's account.

9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Little Studio offers porcelain products. In the event that the product is delivered broken, damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, the Buyer may contact the Seller via the following email address:

Providing the order number and, if possible, photos of the product, packaging, and damage helps in the evaluation of the request.

The Seller will review the application and inform the Buyer about the applicable solution options within the scope of the legislation in force. The Buyer's optional rights regarding defective goods and other legal rights are reserved.

10. Protection of Personal Data

The personal data shared by the Buyer within the scope of ordering, payment, and delivery processes are processed in accordance with the personal data protection legislation in force.

Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data is included in the Privacy Policy published on the website and the relevant clarification texts.

11. Dispute Resolution

In disputes that may arise from this agreement, the competent and authorized Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts may be applied to in accordance with the legislation in force.

When applying to the Consumer Arbitration Committees, the monetary limits valid for the relevant year and the jurisdiction rules specified in the legislation are applied.

12. Validity and Approval

Before completing the order, the Buyer reviews the preliminary information regarding the product, price, delivery, payment, and right of withdrawal, and approves the order electronically.

This agreement is considered together with the information and preliminary information related to the relevant order.
